Terms of Service

You may use footora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Predictions, probabilities, scores, and AI-generated analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial or betting advice, do not guarantee any result, and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision. footora does not accept wagers or operate a gambling service.

You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for users who can legally enter into a binding agreement in their location. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated or where necessary to protect footora, its users, or third parties.

Payments are processed by Stripe. A Single Match Unlock provides access to the selected prediction, while a Daily Pass provides access to available predictions for 24 hours from purchase. These are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Except where required by law, digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been delivered. For billing errors, duplicate charges, or a service that was not delivered, contact support@footora.online.

The footora name, interface, software, original content, and prediction presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tournament, team, and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. footora is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, pricing, data sources, or prediction methods. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. footora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
